I discovered that the inlet pipe to the cistern of my downstairs toilet was leaking on Thursday evening.

I couldn’t switch off the stopcock, or get hold of a plumber to come out to fix it. The floor was soaked.

I found Phil’s number early the next morning and he arrived promptly. He explained that the plastic pipe, that takes the clean water into the tank, had split. He replaced all the plastic components in the cistern and fitted a flexible pipe leading to the cistern which has an isolator valve built in to it, to avoid the same thing happening again. I’m delighted with the work he did and how efficiently be worked. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil to anyone in need of an excellent and professional plumber.
